Our Corporate & Commercial Litigation team supports clients in corporate and commercial disputes. They have extensive experience in proceedings with various bodies, including the Netherlands Enterprise Court at the Amsterdam Court of Appeal, district courts, courts of appeal, in proceedings for interim relief and in national and international arbitration proceedings. They use their expert knowledge of litigation to either conduct proceedings or prevent them when this is more favourable.

The lawyers in our Financing, Securities & Insolvency team are regularly appointed liquidator or administrator in bankruptcies and (provisional) suspensions of payment. This gives them the knowledge to identify possible pitfalls or opportunities for companies that find themselves, or are at the risk of finding themselves, in dire straights. In any insolvency situation they can anticipate the consequences. The team mainly focuses on bankruptcies, restructurings, and insolvency. In addition to that, our lawyers are specialised in the Dutch Act on the Confirmation of Private Restructuring Plans (ACPRP, or WHOA in Dutch).
