Daan focuses entirely on intellectual property law within the Intellectual Property & ICT teamat Holla legal & tax. Since July 2017, he has been helping companies protect and enforce their trademark, copyright, and design rights. With more than seven years of experience, he advises clients strategically on protecting their intellectual property and litigates to combat infringements.


His expertise lies not only in advising on rights protection but also in litigating to address infringements and enforce clients' rights. Daan has a keen eye for detail and knows how to distill complex legal issues into practical solutions. He is involved in every step, from strategic advice to defending his clients' interests in court.

Daan is registered in the Register of Legal Practice Areas of the Dutch Bar Association for the following main (and sub) legal areas: Intellectual Property Law. Based on this registration, he is required to obtain ten training points in each registered main legal area every calendar year, in accordance with the standards of the Dutch Bar Association.
